I had a pleasant stay overall at Grand Hyatt Taipei, though there were a few hiccups. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and lovely amenities. However, the jacuzzi area in the spa needs some serious cleanliness improvements. The dining options were fantastic, but I wish the tea selection was a bit more upscale.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei was mostly enjoyable with fantastic hospitality from the staff and a prime location near Taipei 101. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. The hotel's location couldn't be better, right next to Taipei 101, and with excellent access to shopping and the metro.
